Boris Johnson will meet von der Leyen & Barnier, EU says it’s NOT the start of trade negotiations

The European Commission has confirmed that EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will travel to London. She will meet UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Wednesday in Downing Street.

The European Commission President will be joined by Michel Barnier, EU’s chief Brexit negotiator.

EU Commission spokesman Eric Mamer updated international media during a regular news briefing in Brussels today.
