G20 ministers drop anti protectionist pledge and climate change financing

Finance ministers from the world’s biggest economies, meeting in Germany, decided to drop a commitment to oppose protectionism… under apparent pressure from the United States. The G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting concluded on Saturday in the German town of Baden-Baden.
