Putin says expects situation in annexed Ukraine regions to ‘stabilise’

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Wednesday that he expected the situation in Ukrainian regions annexed by the Kremlin to “stabilise”, after Moscow suffered military setbacks there, losing several key towns to Kyiv.
