Show EU the money: leaders discuss joint financing of recovery

European leaders were meeting Thursday to discuss financing of the post-epidemic recovery. France 24’s European affairs editor Catherine Nicholson says while there was widespread agreement on the need for some form of funding, and the matter of urgency, the key questions remain where does the money come from, and how will it be shared.
