Arrangements for media accreditation
For security reasons, physical access to the Europa building premises will be restricted.
Journalists in possession of a valid one-year badge for EU summits will be able to attend media opportunities in the Europa building.
Journalists who don’t have a valid one-year badge for EU summits will need to register for a special accreditation by sending an email to press.centre@consilium.europa.eu with the following attachments:
- copy of passport/ID
- copy of the interinstitutional badge or Belgian press card, or a letter from an editor
Please note that those who hold only an EU interinstitutional badge and are not in possession of a one-year badge for EU Summits need to apply in advance too.
