A stronger European Health Union will protect everyone’s health: learning from the coronavirus pandemic, the EU is proposing stronger crisis preparedness and responses to cross-border health threats as well as taking steps to ensure medical supplies are available, affordable and innovative, and improving the prevention, treatment and aftercare for diseases such as cancer.
