PubAffairs Bruxelles was delighted to host on the 9th of April 2024 the event “Reforming the single market and fostering EU competitiveness: can the EU regain its edge?” an afternoon of discussion on the question of the future of the Single Market and how the EU can regain its competitive edge with our distinguished speakers Ms Outi Slotboom, Director, Strategy and Economic Analysis, DG GROW, European Commission; Professor Jacques Pelkmans, Associate Senior Fellow, CEPS and Visiting Professor at the College of Europe; Dr Frank Niederländer, Head of Governmental Affairs Europe, BMW and Mr William De Vijlder, Group Chief Economist, BNP Paribas.

 

Lucas Lenchant, Senior Advisor to the Permanent Representative to the EU institutions, European Investment Bank (EIB) held a keynote speech.
