Marianne Auffret is a case handler at the European Commission, DG Competition, in the directorate responsible for the regulation of digital platforms and the implementation of the Digital Markets Act (DMA). She has also worked in merger control enforcement at DG COMP, and, prior to joining the Commission, as a competition law associate for a private law firm.
