Thomas De Meester is the Head of the European Plastic Films (EuPF) sector group of EuPC, where he leads advocacy initiatives and represents Europe’s plastic film converters in Brussels on sustainability and regulatory issues. He previously managed public and regulatory affairs at Fost Plus, promoting packaging recycling under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) principle and focusing on EU legislation, and has earlier experience in market surveillance and international trade policy.
