Isabelle De Vinck has been the Chairperson of EPACA since 2018. In her capacity as Chairperson, Isabelle works with the EPACA Board of Directors to drive forward the activities of the Association. EPACA represents public affairs consultancies working with EU institutions and defends and promotes ethical, transparent lobbying with all stakeholders. Isabelle is also a Managing Partner of Political Intelligence Belgium, where she oversees the practice, management, client coordination, and day-to-day operations. She has over 15 years of experience in public affairs at both European and Belgian level covering a variety of sectors including innovation, digital, mobility, tourism, health, food and beverages, and energy. Isabelle also specialises in setting up and running industry trade bodies, groupings, and coalitions.
