Hans Hoefnagels is Global Director Public Policy at Horse Powertrain, a leading global innovation and manufacturing partner specializing in low-emission and alternative-fuel powertrain solutions. The company is at the forefront of delivering next-generation technologies that drive the global transition toward more sustainable and energy-efficient mobility. With over 15 years of experience in public affairs, Hans has held senior roles across both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Horse Powertrain, he served as EU Policy Manager at Meta, where he led initiatives on digital policy and regulatory strategy. Earlier in his career, he was a Policy Advisor in the European Parliament. He is currently based in Madrid.
