Dr. Adrian Roeth is Director Customer Charging Experience at the BMW Group. He has more than 20 years of experience in automotive development, with a particular focus on electrified powertrains, electrical and electronic integration, and customer experience. Since 2023, he has been responsible for Customer Experience Charging at BMW, bringing together the vehicle, charging and customer perspectives. Today, he will share BMW’s view on how smart and bidirectional charging can create value for customers while providing flexibility to the energy system.
