Barnier Runs for French President

Michel Barnier, the EU’s former Brexit negotiator, says he’s running for French president. This comes as the country gears up for elections in 8 months’ time. He’ll be representing the Republican Party, but it won’t be easy as he remains relatively unknown in France.
