General Affairs Council, 10 July 2023
Ministers will focus on the priorities of the Spanish presidency, the mid-term revision of the EU’s long-term budget and the upcoming evaluation of the Council’s annual rule of law dialogue.
Economic and Financial Affairs Council, 14 July 2023
The Council will exchange views on financial support to Ukraine in the context of the Multiannual Financial Framework mid-term revision. The Council will seek to adopt Council Implementing Decisions under the Recovery and Resilience Facility and approve conclusions on the 2023 in-depth reviews under the macroeconomic imbalance procedure. The Council will hold policy debates on the economic governance review, the European Semester, the customs reform and the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The Commission will present their proposal on own resources.
Foreign Affairs Council, 20 July 2023
The Foreign Affairs Council will discuss the Russian aggression against Ukraine, Türkiye, and the foreign policy dimension of economic security.
