Online Citizens’ Dialogue with Executive Vice-President Vestager and Commissioner Sinkevičius
Executive Vice-President Margrethe Vestager, responsible for a Europe Fit for the Digital Age, and Commissioner for Environment, Oceans and Fisheries, Virginijus Sinkevičius, are today hosting an online Citizens’ Dialogue on the topic ‘Europe: Towards a Digital and Green Future’. Organised together with Bertelsmann Stiftung, the event is part of a bigger three-day transnational online Citizens’ Dialogue. The debate with citizens will focus on the twin green and digital transition. The European Green Deal and a Europe fit for the digital age have been identified by President von der Leyen as key priorities in EU’s recovery and future path.
