Klaus Hofstadler is the Head of Energy and Operation Optimisation at LAT Nitrogen, a leading European provider of nitrogen-based fertilisers. He oversees plant performance tracking, energy efficiency, and operational workflows. He is actively engaged in industrial transition, contributing to LAT Nitrogen’s as well as to cross-sectoral initiatives on green energy and decarbonisation strategies. His collaborative work with organisations such as the Hydrogen Import Alliance Austria drives sustainable solutions for the chemical sector. Mr Hofstadler holds a doctoral degree (PhD) from the prestigious Technische Universität Wien.
