Foreign Affairs Council, 20 February 2023
The Foreign Affairs Council will exchange views on the Russian aggression against Ukraine, Afghanistan and climate and energy diplomacy, and be informed about current affairs.
General Affairs Council, 21 February 2023
The Council will start preparations for the European Council meeting on 23-24 March 2023.
Competitiveness Council (Internal market and industry), 2 March 2023
The Council is expected to adopt general approaches on two legislative items: financial services contracts concluded at a distance; and short-term rental services. Ministers will also exchange views on long-term competitiveness and productivity of the internal market, 30 years after its creation. During the lunchtime, there will be a discussion on the Green deal industry plan and on the net zero act, with the participation of EVP Vestager and Commissioner Breton.
